Elevate Community Development

The mission for Elevate Community Development is to provide low and moderate income families with affordable homeownership opportunities.
Steeped in the belief that housing stability, especially through homeownership, is a primary means to sustainably and equitably narrow wealth gaps among disadvantaged groups; and that graduating low and moderate-income persons from unstable rental housing toward homeownership and/or housing situations that enable them to be homeowners, creates a stronger, healthier and more productive society. Further steeped in the belief that engaging the creativity and vast resources of private enterprise through strategic collaboration among investors, leveraging a free market approach, creates sustainable, mutually beneficial and impactful solutions to societal challenges.
