Our agent was able to navigate the client’s 1031 Exchange requirements which included completing a sale of an investment property in Hawaii and transferring funds to the property in California while juggling strict deadline. Navigating the obstacles of the COVID-19 related issues, Hiiro Tomita was able to negotiate with the seller to ensure the properties would close concurrently without delay and was able to finalize a smooth transaction for all parties.
