We are pleased to share the progress of our first #LiveWork development.
Elevate Community Development Inc., an entity created by Judson Charles Inc that is focused on creating housing opportunities for low-income families, has officially released renderings for their proposed Live Work development. Located in the heart of Pomona, California, and walking distance to the train station, college and downtown amenities, this project will be 7 units consisting of 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, with connecting commercial space on the first floor. The project has passed our internal design phase and will be submitted to the City of Pomona for planning review at the beginning of 2023. Most importantly, the project is designed consistent to our registered B corp purpose: to advance affordable homeownership opportunities for low and moderate income families.
